NEW PRODUCTS AT EUROBIKE
EVERY YEAR WE DEBUT OUR NEW PRODUCTS AT THE EUROBIKE SHOW IN FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, GERMANY. THESE ARE SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS THIS YEARS SHOW. A BIG THANK YOU GOES OUT TO SVEN AND EVERYONE AT SPORTS NUT WHO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB DOING OUR BOTH AND REPRESENTING ATOMLAB AT THE SHOW.

Pimplite Cranks - These are actually a hybrid of BMX and MTB. The cranks use a 2 piece design, but have a removable spider and BMX style BB. The bottom bracket installs like a cromoly 3-piece BMX crank by sliding through the bearings. There is no angular-contact or weird wedges. The cranks are designed so that you can use a 104mm 4-bolt spider or a 25t BMX style sprocket which can be removed or swapped. The arms are nice and beefy, but not over built. They are designed to be an excellent race crank for larger riders or a nice light option for dirt jumping. They weigh in just under 900g which is far lighter than most BMX or freeride cranks.

Pimplite DH and DJ Hubs - These hubs are by far the nicest we've ever done. They have a high-end CNC'd gray finish, durable and precise 6-pawl engagement system with 12 points of contact, and weigh next to nothing. The DH 20mm hub is under 170g and the DH rear is under 300g. For the DJ hubs, we have a 20mm non-disc front and a 10mm rear with hollow 10mm bolts. The DJ rear comes with a12t and has optional drivers (9t, 10t, & 11t). Both front hubs have optional 9mm and 15mm adapters.
Pimplite OS Stem - This stem is simple and light with a very 'Atomlab' look. We've machined away all of the excess aluminum and came up with this 142g work of art. Fits 1-1/8" steer tubes and 31.8mm bars. |

Trailking SS Frame - This all-cromoly slopestyle frame is designed for durability and BMX style riding. The geometry is set up for easy manualing, and flicking around. Although the frame weights just over 4kg's with the shock, it feels much lighter when you're riding it. The Trailking SS comes with a Marzocchi Roco Air R (with piggyback) so it can be easily adjusted for rider weight or different types of riding. |

Pivotal Seats/Posts - We have a new line of Pimp and Pimplite seats that feature the Pivotal system. The posts comes in 25.4, 26.8, and 27.2. The post/seat combos weigh in at just over 400g. Nice. |

Suprelite Rim - The Suprelite rim is our new 25mm wide, 500g rim. It is as strong as many DH rims, but with the thinner width, it is targeted towards all-mtn and light duty gravity riding. It has laser etched logos on the sidewall and come in 26x32h. It is drilled for our oversized aluminum Torque Nipples which are 20g lighter than standard nipples and virtually strip-proof due to the thicker size. The Torque Nipples and a spoke wrench are included with the rim. Torque nipples work with standard 14g spokes. When built up with our Pimplite hubs and straight gauge spokes, our Suprelite wheels are under 1900g. |

Pimplite Standard Rims - For 2010 we've replaced our GI rims with a more cost effective version of our Pimplite rim. The Pimplite Std. rim has standard nipple drilling (instead of oversized torque nipples) and a simple, clean graphic (instead of our high end laser etched logo). |

Pimplite Standard Wheels - These new wheels use our 2010 Pimplite Standard rims built up with our Pimp hubs. The white version has a black hub and nipples with white spokes, and the black version is all black. Since these rims use our exclusive Pimplite rim profile, they are lighter and stronger than any other DH/DJ wheels at similar prices. High end wheels at a cost effective price. |

Polytec Pedals - These are simply a less expensive alternative to high-end aluminum platform pedals. The plastic is actually a polycarbonate similar to bullet proof glass and is exceptionally durable and relatively light at 376g per pair. |
